I paid him extra at the end of the job because I was so happy with the stump work he did and the advice he provided me a variety of other issues. Jim is a true community neighbor vendor and I highly recommend him as a fair and honest business man who works in a tough business, not for the thin skinned. Stump grinding is hard work. He ground out 3 stumps and took special care to place guards around the grinder to keep chips from flying into surrounding area cars, etc. He also warned me to be ready in case utility lines were not marked well to have Frontier prep a spare line in case he were to hit and break a line. But he was precise with his work and we fortunately had not breaks, although, he managed my expectations just in case since it does happen. He scheduled me in promptly within a couple days so I thought that was very reasonable. Hire Jim!

Jim did an amazing job with our awful cabbage palm stump. We tried to grind it out ourselves, but those palms are the worst!! We made a call, and Jim came out the next morning.
